📋 Sample DMCA Policy for JobPak.pk

1. Purpose
This DMCA Policy outlines how JobPak.pk responds to copyright infringement claims, respecting intellectual property rights under international and Pakistani law.

2. Copyright Infringement Notice
To report alleged copyright infringement, submit a written notice (email preferred) containing:

  • Your physical or electronic signature, or of your authorized agent.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
  • URL(s) or precise location of the infringing material on JobPak.pk.
  • Your contact information (email, phone, address).
  • A statement of good faith belief that the use is unauthorized.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you’re authorized to act.

3. Where to Send Your Notice
Email your notice with the subject line “DMCA Takedown Notice” to:

(Note: JobPak currently handles user queries via gwilatremk@gmail.com. A better option is to designate a specific DMCA email.)

4. Response to Valid Notices
Upon receipt of a proper notice, JobPak.pk will:

  • Promptly remove or disable access to the identified material.
  • Notify the user/poster of the material.

5. Counter‑Notification
If you believe your content was wrongly removed, you may send a counter-notice containing:

  • Your signature (physical or electronic).
  • Identification of the removed material and its location.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe removal was due to error or misidentification.
  • Your name, address, phone number, and a statement consenting to jurisdiction in Pakistan.
  • A statement that you’ll accept legal process from the original complainant.

Following receipt of a valid counter-notice, JobPak.pk may restore the content after 14 business days, unless the original complainant informs otherwise or initiates legal proceedings.

6. Repeat Infringer Policy
JobPak.pk reserves the right to:

  • Terminate accounts or access of users who repeatedly infringe copyright.
  • Limit site access after multiple valid infringement notices.

7. Policy Updates
This DMCA policy may be updated at any time. Users will be notified via prominent notice or email when changes take effect.
