5. Counter‑Notification
If you believe your content was wrongly removed, you may send a counter-notice containing:
- Your signature (physical or electronic).
- Identification of the removed material and its location.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe removal was due to error or misidentification.
- Your name, address, phone number, and a statement consenting to jurisdiction in Pakistan.
- A statement that you’ll accept legal process from the original complainant.
Following receipt of a valid counter-notice, JobPak.pk may restore the content after 14 business days, unless the original complainant informs otherwise or initiates legal proceedings.
6. Repeat Infringer Policy
JobPak.pk reserves the right to:
- Terminate accounts or access of users who repeatedly infringe copyright.
- Limit site access after multiple valid infringement notices.
7. Policy Updates
This DMCA policy may be updated at any time. Users will be notified via prominent notice or email when changes take effect.
